Hello, I’m Alex Owen the Head Instructor at WCKUK Sanderstead. My journey in Wing Chun began in 2015 under Sifu Jason Ludwig. What began as a casual interest soon became central to my life, as I dedicated myself to regular training and attended every seminar possible.

Training Wing Chun has been truly transformational, strengthening me both physically and personally. I’ve become fitter, more confident, and gained a stronger sense of self. When given the chance to become an Assistant Instructor in 2019, I embraced it wholeheartedly.

After years of teaching and growth, achieving my 4th Technician grade in 2024 was a major milestone, and I’m honoured to now lead WCKUK Sanderstead as Head Instructor. My mission is to expand our club and bring the positive impact of Wing Chun to as many people as possible.
